Recently you received a TALK203 communication from the District about scheduling your parent/teacher conferences. Research and experience tell us that a strong partnership between home and school is important to student success. Parent/Teacher Conferences are a great way to strengthen this partnership. We hope you take this opportunity to sit down and talk with us about your student.
To schedule conferences, District 203 uses an online application called PTC Wizard. You may log on Tuesday, February 25 and begin scheduling. The process is not lengthy, and the PTC Wizard Parent Guide (PTC Wizard Guía para los Padres) will help you navigate the system. You will access the PTC Wizard website at: https://naperville203.ptcwizard.com and login using your Infinite Campus portal username and password.
All parents/guardians should verify that they have access to Infinite Campus as soon as possible. If there are difficulties, or if you need to retrieve your password, contact Campus Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 630-420-6825. Please allow several days to establish an account as District staff will need to mail you via U.S. Postal Service an access key and instructions on how to set up your Infinite Campus Portal account. To learn more about Infinite Campus, click here.
PTC Wizard will close for scheduling conferences on Thursday, March 6. Anyone with limited computer access can receive assistance with conference scheduling by calling the school.
On behalf of our school staff, I want to thank you for planning to attend these conferences. We look forward to seeing you then.
Music programs for both “beginning” and “experienced” musicians will again be offered this summer. Registration for all “experienced” musicians opens February 10. View the paper registration form to print and submit or access the online registration here: https://naperville203.revtrak.net/
The Junior High counselors have been working together with community agencies to provide a series of parent sessions that we believe you will find very helpful. Each session will be held at a different junior high but ALL parents are invited to ALL sessions. The first session is Thursday, November 21st and will be held at Kennedy Jr. High School from 7:00-8:30 PM. This session will focus on “Keeping Kids Safe Online: What Parents Need to Know.”
