Student Council

All About Student Council

In October, four children from each classroom (grades 2-5) were selected to be student council representatives. We will meet once a month after school in the Multi-Purpose Room on the following days:

May 17, 2010

We do not have officers; everyone is an equal member. Students sign and are expected to follow the Student Council Oath. To give everyone a chance, children can only serve on Student Council for one school year.

Student Council Oath: As a River Woods Student Council member I promise to be the best I can be. I promise to be kind, safe, loyal, honest, and respectful. I understand that I am a role model for other students at River Woods School and my behavior sets an example for all to follow. I am aware that poor behavior choices can result in me being relieved from my student council duties.

Spirit Days:
