Classes meets:

Kindergarten: Once a week for 20 minutes

Grades 1 – 2: Twice a week for 25 minutes

Grades 3 – 5: Twice a week for 30 minutes

Students focus on motor development, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and crossing midline activities.
Students experience throwing, catching, rolling, aiming, bouncing, striking, rhythm, and balancing challenges through individual and group activities.
All students work on improving flexibility, muscle strength and cardio-respiratory endurance through warm-ups and class activity.

Gym shoes are required.

They must be able to be tightened. No slip-on shoes please!
