1.    Good luck to the girls swim and dive team at the state meet today and tomorrow at New Trier High School.  GO HUSKIES!

 

2.    Attention all students! If your parents have given you a gift card for the Family Connection Thanksgiving Program, please drop it off in the Principal’s office today by Noon. Thank you!

 

3.    Attention all FYI Mentors-We have an all leader meeting TODAY during your lunch period in room 252. It will be a quick meeting, so please plan on stopping in.

 

4.    There Hey, Nin-10-do generation! Looking for something to do this Sunday? Go to Braconi’s, have a tasty meal and help raise funds for this year’s Senior Celebration! See you there!

 

5.    Juniors ,Don't forget to check your senior picture and the spelling of your name in the student activities window. You must do this today! If you find an error, fill a form in the Student Activities Office by today!

 

6.    Do you enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking and being outdoors? So do we. We live outdoors. Come find out what we’re all about. The first meeting of the Outdoors man’s club will be on December 1^st in room 134 at 3:20. See Mr. Zedrow for more information.

 

7.    Attention, bean bag ringers! A partner and you can strut your stuff in a bean bag toss tournament on Dec 13, hosted by Youth Ambassadors Club. Festivities will begin at noon at Central Park in Naperville, yet be sure to sign up with Mr. Campise in the Communication Arts Office or Room 262 immediately.   Teams from North will compete with others from Naperville Central, Neaqua Valley, and Waubonsie Valley. Sign up early before all spots are taken. It only costs $8.00 per team, but prizes will be awarded to those who are crowned “Bean Bag Champions of Naperville.

 

8.    Calling all Huskies! The Interclub Volleyball Tournament will be on Wednesday, December 2nd in the fieldhouse! The deadline to enter teams is this Friday, November 20th, so hurry and get your team together and sign up.  Get ready to bump, set, and spike your way to victory!

9.    Key Clubbers- We are doing Kiwanis Fruit Baskets Tuesday, December 1st and Thursday, December 3rd after school in the hallway by the small cafe.  Come help out and bring your friends! Its fun and you'll earn hours! Don't forget to stop by and check out the giving tree.  Pick up an ornament or two, and spread some holiday cheer with your generosity! The deadline for giving tree gifts is December 11th! Everyone can spread joy this winter by donating to the giving tree, and key clubbers will also get hours.

10.Rfff!!!! From November 17th until December 3rd, First Class will be collecting donations for the Naperville Humane Society. Drop off supplies at any time in Student Activities. For donation ideas, check for posters around the school. Remember that this is a class competition, so bring in donations to earn points for your class! Animals in our area need your help this holiday season--don't let them down!

 

11.4 more days Naperville North, until the best dance of the year! If you haven't already, make sure you dig out and dust off your disco attire this weekend! Also, be sure to buy your ticket next week!. Tickets will be sold in the Large Cafe during all lunch periods. Bring $3 to receive your ticket and a cool prize. If you forget, no problem! Just be sure to bring your ID and $5 Tuesday night. Remember, your ID is required and the doors close at 8:00- no exceptions!
