College & Career Center

District 203 and Naperville North are pleased to announce we have a new web-based college and career exploratory program called Family Connection/Naviance.  This program is very similar to PrepHQ, except you will no longer be receiving any advertisements in your emails.  This program provides the student the ability to explore colleges, take career interest tests,  build a resume, track college applications, and communicate with the Guidance Office. 

Seniors received their passwords and are encouraged to set up their personal accounts as soon as possible.  If you have any problems, please stop in the College Center, located in Student Service Office 1.  

Parents can login to Naviance as a “Guest” at anytime.    To login into Naviance:

1.  Go to http://connection.naviance.com/napervillenorth

2.  Login in as guest and use the password:   blueandorange

Junior year is a great time to shop for colleges.  Visiting with college representatives is a great way to learn more about a college.  Also, the college representative you meet with is usually the first person to review your college application. To sign up to visit a college representative, click on colleges, then click on “view all upcoming college visits.”

SENIORS-----WHEN APPLYING TO COLLEGES –PLEASE NOTE THE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST DEADLINES.  YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM, ENVELOPE, STAMPED AND ADDRESSED TO YOUR COLLEGE, AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY MATERIALS  (SECONDARY SCHOOL REPORT-(form required for students using the Common Application) or COUNSELOR RECOMMENDATION FORMS—ARE TO BE TURNED INTO MRS. KRASHEN, IN SS1.
