Career & Technical Education

The Career and Technical Education Department at Naperville North High School offers a variety of courses that are related to career fields. One Graduation Credit is required in this area.  Some courses in the Career and Technical Education Department fulfill the Fine Arts requirement. Some courses also fulfill Science credits. Many courses provided Articulated Credit with College of DuPage. Internship experiences are available to junior and senior students in five general career fields. Cooperative Work Training is available to the junior or senior student who wants to gain work experience without deciding on a specific career field.

• Family and Consumer Sciences
• Applied Technology
• Internships
