NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
No time for dinner before conferences? No problem! Friends of Drama and Theatre Club have solved the problem – come hungry and get a LARGE slice of Braconi’s Pizza for only $2.50. Being sold in the small cafeteria will be pizza by the slice (or box if you want to feed your family), pop and candy.
This you can't eat, but you can make your sons and daughters happy with orange and blue clothing! Bring your check book and come to the "Spirit Wear Sale" in the Small Cafe. On Thursday the sale is 5:00-8:30; on Friday from 8:00 AM to Noon.
Parents: We cordially invite you to attend SPRING PARENT CONFERENCES, March 11th and 12th. Conference times are Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. and Friday morning from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. Please read the attached material carefully to set up conferences during either session. THE ATTACHED PRE-REGISTRATION process for these conferences will provide you with an opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers. Call 630-420-6482 if you have not yet signed-up and wish to schedule conferences. The sign-up sheets for March 11 and March 12, and the teacher-student list can be accessed from these links. The teachers or other staff members with whom you would like to meet will schedule appointments as close to your desired time as possible. If you feel you need ten minutes instead of the scheduled five with a particular teacher, enter the teacher’s name and subject in two consecutive slots. Your student is to confirm appointments with teachers at appropriate times during class.
After all appointments are confirmed by the teacher, your student should bring the parent form home for your use during the conference days. If you have more than one high school student in your household, additional forms are available in the Main Office. If you have any questions or problems regarding parent conferences, please feel free to call Jeff Howard, Assistant Principal, or his Administrative Assistant Gloria Bert at 420-6482. We look forward to seeing you March 11th and 12th.
