Computer Lab

Welcome to Naper's computer lab.  The lab is located within the LRC and is comprised of 29 desk top computers and 15 tablet/laptops for student use.  We have other resources located throughout the building.  The fifth graders have their own set of tablet/laptops for use within the classroom and the third and fourth graders also have access to a set of laptops for classroom use.  This, coupled with a variety of software, creates an environment which not only assists our students with learning but also promotes creativity as well.

This year various grades are working with programs such as "Type to Learn" and "Keywords", our keyboarding programs.  Microsoft "Word" is our word processing program for grades 4-5.  Max Write is for grades K-3.

In addition we have Hyper Studio, Kid Pix, Graph Club, Making Shapes, Timeliner and Logo among others.
