Student Newspaper

Description: The Wildcat's Roar is a newspaper FOR students, BY students. "Reporters" will learn to research, interview, and write on a deadline. Limited to a 20 student "staff" chosen for their writing or cartooning skills with occasional "freelance work" from other K-5 students.
Participants: Grades 3-5 for "staff", Grades K-5 for occasional "freelance work"
Schedule: Wednesdays after school ending at 3:15pm, Sept-June; Weekly in Sept, then bi-weekly
