Technology Education

In outer space and cyberspace, in the workplace, on the roads and in the skies, everywhere we go, technology leads the way. Madison Junior High School students will not be left behind. The students have tremendous opportunity to experience the excitement and promise of technology in our state-of-the-art Applied Technology Centers.

The modular approach to Technology Education provides the students access to a variety of technical equipment and explorations. The goal is to lead the students to understand and manage some of the technologies that dominate their lives; to show the students real-world applications for their academic skills, to promote curiosity and the desire to expand their abilities. Lastly, the students will be given information that will help them make future educational decisions as they enter high school as well as college.
