School Supplies

You now have the option of purchasing school supplies for the 2012-2013 school year online directly through Shane's. If you prefer, you may turn in a paper copy of the order form or purchase supplies on your own. Online orders will be taken through June 8th. Paper order deadline is May 18th.

Books and Fines

All library materials and fines were due May 14.

If your child did not turn in a book that had been assigned to him/her, or damaged a book while in his or her possession, a fine sheet will be given to him or her Wednesday, May 16. Students should bring their copy of the fine sheet with exact payment either in currency or by a check made out to Lincoln JHS (or LJHS for short). Fine monies may be paid to the office.

NOTE: Students will not receive their yearbooks until all library materials and fines have been resolved. Yearbooks are to be distributed on Monday, May 21. Thank you for your help in this matter.

6th Gr PE Uniform

** We are extending the deadine until Friday, May 18th! Due to many requests, we are adding Youth Small to our size options for the Athletic fit shorts.

As part of the Lincoln Physical Education Program, your child will be required to wear the NEW Lincoln P.E. Shirt and Shorts for their daily class. These items are only available through LJHS. We ask that all incoming 6th grade students order their uniform NOW for pickup at the sixth grade orientation on Aug. 7th. ** Orders will be accepted through this Friday, May 18th!!! Please make sure to have your order submitted by then for an August pick-up.

7th-8th PE Uniform

Summer School 2012

Summer School Learning Opportunities sun

The following classes will be offered this year. All summer school classes will begin on Thursday, June 7 and end Wednesday, June 27. Classes will meet at Washington Junior High School, located at 201 North Washington Street.

Literacy	6th Grade Mathematics
Read, Write and Run	7th Grade Mathematics
Study Skills	8th Grade Mathematics
General Art	American Sign Language

Completed enrollment forms with fee payments are due by May 18, 2012 and should be mailed to Kevin Wojtkiewicz, Director District 203 6-8 Summer School Program, Madison Junior High School.
