What is the LMC?

The mission of the Learning Media Center (LMC) is to encourage, promote, and assist students and teachers to be effective users of ideas and information. We aim to foster the habit of reading and use of the library for lifelong learning.  It is a place for students to extend and enhance their learning by using these resources.  We expect all users of the LRC to be condiserate of others and take responsibility for the care of materials and equipment. 

Books and magazines may be checked out for two weeks.  Overdue notices are sent out once a week.  If a student has an overdue book no further checkouts are allowed.  We do charge a replacement fee for books that are lost.  A student's report card will be held at the end of the school year until  all accounts are cleared.  Some classrooms will have regular days for book checkout and others allow student to come whenever they return a book.
