Whiskers and Tails

The "Whiskers & Tails Club" is a humane educational program that empahsizes compassion, respect, and kindness toward all living things.

This after-school program is offered for students in grades 1 and 2.  Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month from 2:30 p.m.-3:45 p.m.  Transportation must be provided at the conclusion of each session.

Professionals in the areas of animal education (i.e. vets, groomers, trainers) will be in attendance at each of our meetings.  In addition, members will enjoy games, crafts and activities.  Information for membership is sent home at the beginning of each school year.

This club is a collaboration of the Naperville Area Humane Society and Kingsley School.  Mrs. Kathleen Stredney, Kingsley's Permanent Sub, and other staff members will oversee the program.

It is not necessary for club members to own a pet, only to have a love for animals!
