Philosophy:

We believe that Middle School is a time of transition in a child’s life; therefore, students are exposed to a variety of subjects, activities, and projects. We believe that this variety will better prepare our students for the academic expectations that lie ahead at the high school level. Our team goals are to encourage our students to learn self-discipline, advocate for themselves, increase their organizational skills, become socially responsible, and to take responsibility for their own learning.

Team Expectations:

Use your coupons for the restroom, locker OR tardies
Be responsible - advocate for yourself
Maintain academic integrity
Treat everyone with respect

Late Work:

Late work is accepted; however, points will be deducted for work that is turned in past the due date
There are exceptions where late work will not be accpeted. Examples of these assignments would include group work, speeches, etcetera.

If You Are Absent:

Consult the Online Homework Connection or get assignments from a friend
Back at school, utilitze supervised study to ask teachers what was missed
