Warming up the body and the brain for ISATs!
Patriots Fire Up for ISATs!

These Patriots are warming up their bodies and brains for ISAT testing. Every morning before beginning the ISAT tests over the PA system, Mr. Compton (one of our Physical Education teachers) guided students and staff through a series of brain exercises to get our Patriots ready for a long morning of testing. This time allowed students to move around, laugh, smile and enjoy time with their classmates. Research shows that there is a strong correlation between physical activity and brain activity. When the body gets moving in ways that are not common and students actually have to think about what they are doing, there tend to be positive outcomes.
