Occupational and Physical Therapists

We have four part-time therapists here at Elmwood.  They assist students in a variety of ways.

  
They:
 
-identify student's deficits and needs.

-determine an appropriate therapy program that is coordinated with the student's total education program. 

-implement a therapy program designed to enhance the student's functions and to enable the student to benefit from this assistance.

-provide information to parents and staff, which enables them to be more effective with the  student.
