Instructional Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Instructional Coordinator is to improve the quality of instruction for students in District 203 by coordinating curriculum programs and services within the individual schools.  The activity profile for the Instructional Coordinator includes:

-Working with teachers to implement new curriculum and improve existing curriculum

-Participating on district-wide curriculum and special projects committees

-Planning for, writing, and helping to implement the School Improvement Plan

-Coordinating with other school specialists

-Coordinating all testing (CogAT, ITBS, ISAT, District 203 Trimester Assessments, Accelerated Math/Project IDEA placement)

-Planning for Institute Days
