Orchestra

Orchestra at Beebe takes place one day per week. Small group lessons meet for one half hour and follow a rotating schedule throughout the school day, so that a given academic class is missed only once every five weeks to attend a lesson. In addition to lessons, students are also able to practice in a larger group setting during the recess period before or after lunch. Concerts are scheduled periodically to showcase student achievements and help motivate practice. Please make a note of all scheduled concert dates, as students are encouraged and expected to participate. Performing in public is fundamental to the orchestra program and an exciting way to share our talent with friends and family members!
